Nikki Haley, the former Governor of South Carolina and UN ambassador, who announced her 2024 presidential bid Tuesday has already made waves with her newest presidential goals. During Haley’s campaign kickoff event Wednesday, she listed off a few policies. One being a competency check for politicians over the age of 75.

Nikki Haley Faces Backlash On 2024 Announcement From THIS Personality

During her speech Wednesday Haley said,

“In the America I see, the permanent politician will finally retire,” Haley said. “We’ll have term limits for Congress and mandatory mental competency tests for politicians over 75 years old.”

This comes as both sides of the aisle have expressed frustration with the age of their lawmakers. This new rule, if Haley gets her way, would affect both Biden and Trump.

Poll Watch: Nikki Haley and Other Candidates Cutting Into DeSantis’ 2024 Challenge

During Haley’s campaign announcement video Tuesday, she emphasized the need for a new generation. This is an idea that the younger members of the party have seemed to highlight quite a bit recently. She said, in specific, “it’s time for a new generation of leadership. America is not past its prime, it’s just that our politicians are past theirs.”

Breaking: Nikki Haley Announces 2024 Presidential Campaign

We will see what happens with Haley’s rule and her campaign as she is only the second Republican to officially enter the 2024 presidential race. This comes second to former President Trump’s announcement at the end of last year. Though other potential candidates include former Vice President Mike Pence, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and current Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Democrats will find a way around the competency test, they can give a high IQ to a rock, have him elected POTUS and answer as many questions as Joe Biden! All is A-OK in The U.S.A.!

I don’t know about a competency test for Congresspersons, but what about an eligibility test for the office of POTUS, Nikki? (Or VP as well, for that matter.) Which you would flunk. Since you do not meet the constitutional requirement of needing to be a ‘natural born’ citizen. What is a nbc? It is a person “born in the country, of parents who are citizens” thereof. (The definition is from the definitive tome of the day of the constitutional Framers on such nation-building matters, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations’. And that eligibility requirement for those two federal offices – and those two only; signifying their special nature in the eyes of the Framers, having to do with the fact that the occupant of the higher office (to which the occupant of the office of the VP might accede) becomes as well, then, the Commander in Chief of the nation’s military forces – STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.) So, sorry, Nikki; you do not qualify.
But you join a small, select group of American politicians who do not qualify, either, under the same terms. Including Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio of your own political party. And BHO and K Harris of the Democrats. But they have actually held those offices? Only until Justice is served in this extremely important matter. Which it will be.
Which. It. Will. Be. As this nation gets back to functioning under its rule of law – its Constitution.

The only problem I can see about having younger candidates is the younger ones have had Socialist Policies stuffed down their throats with a good many of our schools. I find it ironic that we have this flood of invaders crossing our borders to escape the Socialist countries they left! Just look at what happened to Venezuela which was once such a rich country, and produced so much oil that they were donating heating oil to the poor here in the US! If our nation keeps heading the way the Democrats we will destroy our nation too!

Maybe not only people over 75! Maybe for anyone named Fedderman, too.
