Election officials in one Arizona county are being sued for refusing to certify the election which Katie Hobbs has been declared winner over Kari Lake. In fact, the plaintiff is Katie Hobbs herself, acting as Secretary of State. Hobbs tweeted, “Cochise County had a statutory duty to certify the results of the 2022 General Election by today. My office has filed a lawsuit to ensure all voters have their votes count.” Lake has not conceded to Hobbs yet and her camp was rightly outraged by this blatant abuse of power.
The Lake campaign tweeted, “This is an egregious abuse of power but when has that ever stopped you before?” Lake has filed her own lawsuit in Maricopa County looking to release records of how the election was conducted.
Their lawsuit reads:
Plaintiff desires that every lawful vote be properly counted and every voter who was eligible to vote be allowed to vote. Unfortunately, due to Defendants’ failures, many eligible voters may not have been able to vote. Because Defendants were unable or unwilling to conduct a reconciliation of voter check ins against ballots cast of each polling center on election night in accordance with Arizona law and have now unlawfully refused to produce public records in response to two public records requests regarding how they administered the election, Plaintiff cannot determine that every lawful vote will be properly counted. The records Plaintiff requested in response to the numerous issues with Defendants’administration of the election are consistent with a parallel demand by the Arizona Attorney General for answers to questions about the Defendants’ actions.
I’m with you Kari! No way did Hobbs win! We need to go all the way, tired of them stealing our elections!
Whenever and wherever we can, we need to secure our elections. No secret behind the doors vote counting and all those other types of maneuvers to illegally win an election. So again obvious cheating in an election in Arizona has no consequences? Once the Democrat Governor is installed the state is lost. It will be a Democrat state from then on no matter what the voters say.

Pay no attention to what Democrats like Hobbs say. Pay attention to what they do. Hobbs is of course doing the exact opposite of what she claims. She isn’t interested in making sure all legal voters have their votes count. She is interested in being declared the winner IN SPITE of all the evidence that not all voters did have their votes counted.
For example, in Maricopa County 74% of those who voted on Election Day were Republicans. Only 14% were Democrats. Yet Maricopa County reports only 52% of the vote went to Lake. Even if all independents voted Hobbs and only 90% of Republicans voted for Lake, you can’t get close to those results…and that is just the tip of the iceberg of what has been reported. Poll counts increasing without the poll counters entering voters coming to the polls, votes that were never recorded due to 70% of the polls having machines that couldn’t produce readable ballots, ballots that were uncounted but put into the piles of counted ballots, people who were sent to other polling places where they were told they couldn’t vote. The list goes on and on.
Keep in mind, Hobbs is the current Secretary of State and oversaw this election. Setting aside the conflict of interest that she created, the fact is Hobbs has done NOTHING to investigate, or even call for an investigation of any of the massive list of potential election fraud that occurred (again) in Maricopa County.
